4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and unopened, in its original sealed packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
- The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all original labels and packaging intact.
- You must provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of dietary supplement products that have been opened or where the seal has been broken, except where the product is defective or not as described.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. In such cases, we will:
- Offer a full refund, including the cost of return postage.
- Arrange for a replacement product to be sent if available and if you prefer.

7. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind returns: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Defective or incorrect products: We will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us before returning the product so we can arrange this.
8. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund amount will include the price of the product and, where applicable, the cost of standard delivery.
- If you chose a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery, we will refund only the standard delivery cost.

- Products that have been damaged by the customer through misuse or improper storage.
